Parties are not allowed.
The total reservation amount can be paid immediately or in two installments:
First installment – 30% payable immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking.
Second installment – 70% of the remaining amount payable by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation from the date of booking up to 30 days before arrival – a 30% charge of the total reservation amount applies.
Cancellation within 29 days before arrival – a 100% charge of the total reservation amount applies.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 30% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 250,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
