Villa Dominika is located in central Istria, near the small village of Pahovići, which is near Motovun. It is secluded, surrounded by an olive grove and forest. This attractive villa offers a wonderful view of Motovun and the mountain Učka.
It covers 1000 m2 and is completely fenced and suitable for pets.
From every corner of the outdoor terrace there is an incredible view of the surrounding greenery and the olive grove, which is complemented by a feeling of peace and quiet, just what you need for a perfect vacation.
The surroundings of the house offer the possibility of walking, cycling along the famous Parenzana tourist trail, and picking mushrooms and asparagus.

From both parts of the living room there is access to the terrace, the beach and the overflow pool of 32 m2, from which there is an enchanting view of nature.
The dining room, which is connected to the kitchen, gives access to a large covered terrace where there is a place to relax with a light breeze and a covered dining area equipped with a large dining table and an outdoor grill, which creates the perfect atmosphere for socializing outdoors.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which allows privacy for each individual guest.
Two bedrooms have large double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds.
One bedroom has a terrace with a view of Motovun and the mountain Učka.

Cancellation from the date of booking up to 30 days before arrival – a 30% charge of the total reservation amount applies.
Cancellation within 29 days before arrival – a 100% charge of the total reservation amount applies.
